We’re Andrea & Mike Jordan — the proud owners of APJ Construction Services, LLC. Both born and raised in Tampa, Florida, our paths first crossed in middle school in 1989, and we reconnected years later in 2010.
After marrying in 2011, we launched APJ in 2012. Mike began building custom homes in North Carolina after college before returning to Florida, while Andrea entered the industry in 2001 through real estate, sinkhole repair, and equipment manufacturing.
We started APJ with a focus on residential renovations and custom homes, and over time expanded into government and county projects, providing services such as lift stations, concrete work, tree maintenance, and hurricane debris cleanup.
As a certified Minority/Woman-owned Small Business Enterprise, we combine real-world experience with strong values to get the job done right. With a dedicated team and a fully equipped fleet, we step in when it matters most — restoring safety, stability, and peace of mind.
In our spare time, we enjoy the outdoors, traveling in our RV, relaxing anywhere with our two miniature Frenchie bulldogs, Cujo and Peanut, and spending time showing our antique vehicles at car and truck events winning Best of the Best awards!
