APJ Construction Services, LLC is a woman-owned, family-operated infrastructure and site services contractor supporting municipal, utility, commercial, and government clients throughout Central and North Florida.
Through its land division, APJ Land Management, the company also delivers large-scale land clearing, forestry mulching, and vegetation management for developers, contractors, and property owners.
Founded in 2012, APJ has evolved from a residential contractor into a trusted field partner for land clearing, site preparation, concrete construction, lift station infrastructure, tree services, disaster response, and utility-related projects.
With self-performing crews, our own fleet of maintained modern equipment, and disciplined field operations, APJ deploys the crews, equipment, and operational readiness required to execute demanding projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

APJ Construction Services, LLC was founded in 2012 on hard work, practical experience, and a shared commitment to building something meaningful together.
Both born and raised in Tampa, Andrea and Mike first met in middle school before reconnecting years later and building a life and business together. Mike brought hands-on field experience from his construction career, while Andrea contributed operational expertise from her background in real estate, sinkhole repair, and equipment manufacturing.
What began with residential construction, carpentry, and renovation work gradually expanded as APJ took on larger and more complex projects. Over time, the company grew to support municipal infrastructure, site work, concrete construction, vegetation management, and disaster response operations throughout Florida.
Today, APJ Construction Services works with municipalities, general contractors, and developers to deliver reliable field execution on infrastructure and development projects. Through its land management division, APJ Land Management, the company also provides land clearing, forestry mulching, tree removal services, and vegetation management for property owners, developers, and public sector clients.
From the beginning, Andrea and Mike built APJ through hard work, determination, and hands-on leadership. The company grew step by step through years of long hours in the field and behind the scenes, without outside investors, driven by a commitment to building something lasting through dedication, discipline, and pride in their work.
While the company has grown significantly over the years, APJ remains a hands-on, family-operated business built on trust, experience, and strong working relationships. Andrea and Mike continue to lead the company with the same work ethic and commitment that helped build APJ from the beginning.
