APJ Construction Services, LLC is a woman-owned, family-operated contractor delivering concrete, infrastructure support, land management, storm recovery, and field services throughout Central and North Florida.
Founded in 2012, APJ has grown from a residential contractor into a trusted field partner supporting concrete construction, lift station rehabilitation support, land clearing, site preparation, residential finish trades, and disaster response operations.
Through its land division, APJ Land Management, the company provides land clearing, forestry mulching, vegetation management, light excavation, select demolition, storm debris removal, and property improvement services for developers, contractors, municipalities, commercial properties, and residential clients.
With self-performing crews, a modern fleet of owned equipment, and disciplined field operations, APJ delivers the workforce, equipment, and operational readiness required to execute demanding projects safely, efficiently, and ahead of schedule and under budget.
Together, APJ supports projects from raw land through final site restoration and project completion.

APJ Construction Services, LLC was founded in 2012 on hard work, practical experience, and a shared commitment to building something meaningful together.
Both born and raised in Tampa, Andrea and Mike first met in middle school before reconnecting years later and building a life and business side by side. Mike brought hands-on field experience from his construction career, while Andrea contributed operational expertise from her background in real estate, sinkhole repair, and equipment manufacturing.
What began with residential projects steadily grew through long days, late nights, and a willingness to take on bigger challenges. Over time, APJ expanded into larger and more complex projects, supporting concrete construction, land management, infrastructure rehabilitation, and emergency response operations across Florida.
Built from the ground up without outside investors, APJ grew step by step through hands-on leadership, discipline, and a commitment to doing the work the right way.
Today, APJ remains a hands-on, family-operated company. Andrea and Mike continue to lead with the same work ethic and commitment that built the business — focused on quality work, dependable service, and long-term relationships built on trust and accountability.
