We’re Andrea & Mike Jordan — the proud owners of APJ Construction Services, LLC. As a family-owned and woman-led business, we’ve been proudly serving our community since 2012.
Together, we bring decades of experience to every project: Mike has been in construction since 1994, building custom homes, renovations, and remodels, while Andrea entered the industry in 2001 through real estate, sinkhole repair, and equipment manufacturing.
After marrying, we launched APJ, starting with residential renovations before expanding into county work — including lift stations, concrete services, tree maintenance, and hurricane debris cleanup.
As a certified woman-owned Small Business Enterprise, we combine real-world experience with strong values to get the job done right. With a dedicated team and fully equipped fleet, we’re ready to step in when it matters most — restoring safety, stability, and peace of mind.
